REOPENING-the new normal at Robinson’s Rescue

Monday, May 18th Robinson’s Rescue will RE-OPEN for surgeries of Rescue/Shelter animals ONLY at this current time. We are following protocols to reach the highest at-risk animals first and then safely get every appointment rescheduled. Pet owners with missed appointments will be contacted via email (or phone if e-mail is not available) in the order they were originally scheduled.

Due to the high volume of appointments that need to be rescheduled, we will not yet be taking appointments for pets not previously scheduled while we were closed.

Robinson’s Rescue is moving to curbside check in/out and digital paperwork, so please be patient with our staff.

Please note: Our clinic reopening is contingent on the State of Louisiana staying in Phase One. If you or anyone in your household has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has symptoms of COVID-19, please wait a minimum of 14 days out to schedule your appointment. On your pet’s surgery date, clients will not be allowed in the clinic. No public restroom will be available so please plan accordingly. All transactions will take place in or right outside of your vehicle. Our staff will be wearing appropriate PPE and using hand sanitizer but we ask that if you have a mask, please wear when checking in or out to further help protect our staff and yourselves.

Thank you for your patience as we navigate these uncharted times. Please email any questions to office@robinsonsrescue.org. Thank you again your support and understanding!
